Delta Offshore Technology was entrusted with executing the complementary installation services for the SBM system, ensuring the precise handling, assembly, and installation of floating hoses vital to the success of the export infrastructure. This project highlights Delta’s expertise in offshore operations, demonstrating the ability to overcome operational challenges and complete the project efficiently, adhering to the highest technical, quality, and safety standards. The successful execution of this project reinforces Delta Offshore Technology’s standing as a leader in large-scale offshore and energy infrastructure projects.

Project Overview

Project Overview

Commissioned by IOEC, the South Pars Phase 12 development is a cornerstone project aimed at producing gas and condensate for export. Located approximately 100 kilometres offshore in the Persian Gulf at a water depth of 70 meters, the project encompasses both offshore and onshore facilities.

The offshore section includes three identical 15-slot wellhead platforms (SPD 12A/B/C) and three 32-inch sealines, each designed to transport 3 x 1,000 MMSCFD of saturated gas and condensate to the onshore gas treatment plant in the Tombak area. To facilitate the export of condensate, a 30-inch export line connects the onshore plant to a Single Buoy Mooring (SBM) system nearshore.

Delta Offshore Technology was entrusted by IOEC to execute complementary installation services for the SBM system, ensuring the successful implementation of this critical export infrastructure.
