Commissioned by SADRA, Delta Offshore Technology successfully delivered the installation engineering for infield pipelines as part of the South Pars Gas Field Development, Phases 17, and 18. The South Pars Field, located 105 kilometers southwest of Assaluyeh in the Persian Gulf, Iran, is under development to produce gas and condensate to meet the nation’s energy demands.

This development, led by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), enables a gas production capacity of 1,000 MMSCFD per phase, significantly contributing to Iran’s energy infrastructure. The project involved the installation of two infield pipelines designed to transfer 2 x 500 MMSCFD of raw offshore products.

    • Pipeline 1: A 7.4 km, 18-inch pipeline connecting platforms SPD25 and SPD24.

    • Both pipelines are designed to transport raw offshore products to the central processing platforms, ensuring efficient gas and condensate transfer. Each infield pipeline also features a 4 inch piggyback Line for transporting MEG.
